Our Yee Mein has a slightly stretchy and chewy texture. It can be stir-fried or served in soup.
For restaurants -- 10 pc/bag
For individual consumption -- 2 pc/bag
1. Cook Yee Mein in large pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes
2. Rinse in cold water and drain
3. The noodle is now ready for your recipe
