Shanghai Thick Noodle
This chewy thick noodle is the main element in the pan-fried shanghai thick noodle dish. It is usually prepared with shredded pork and cabbage.
For restaurants -- 5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- 2 lb/bag (2 servings/bag)
1. Boil noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 10 seconds, then drain
2. Pan fry with sauce / spices according to taste
