Our Ramen noodle is very popular and widely used across Ramen restaurants and enjoyed by many home cooks.
When storing, our Ramen can be kept in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2-3 months. It is better to thaw frozen Ramen over night before cooking, although for a quick meal, it can be cooked without thawing.
For restaurants -- ~5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- 2 lb/bag ( 6 servings/bag)
1. Prepare your broth and garnishes;
2. Loosen noodles and put them in a large pot of boiling water, stir immediately;
3. Bring water back to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally;
4. Strain the noodles and serve in the pre-prepared broth and garnishes immediately. Enjoy!
Tips: make sure to have your broth and garnishes ready before cooking noodles.
