Ramen Noodle
Our Ramen noodle is very popular and widely used across Ramen restaurants and enjoyed by many home cooks.
When storing, our Ramen can be kept in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2-3 months. It is better to thaw frozen Ramen over night before cooking, although for a quick meal, it can be cooked without thawing. Packaging: For restaurants -- ~5 lb/bag For individual consumption -- 2 lb/bag ( 6 servings/bag) Cooking Instructions: 1. Prepare your broth and garnishes; 2. Loosen noodles and put them in a large pot of boiling water, stir immediately; 3. Bring water back to a boil, then reduce heat to a gentle boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally; 4. Strain the noodles and serve in the pre-prepared broth and garnishes immediately. Enjoy! Tips: make sure to have your broth and garnishes ready before cooking noodles. |
