Our Ramen noodle is very popular and widely used across Ramen restaurants and enjoyed by many home cooks.
When storing, our Ramen can be kept in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for 2-3 months. It is better to thaw frozen Ramen over night before cooking, although for a quick meal, it can be cooked without thawing.
For restaurants -- ~5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- ~2 lb/bag ( 6 servings/bag)
1. Prepare your broth and garnishes
2. Loosen noodle and put it in a large pot of boiling water. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Strain the noodle and serve it in your broth immediately. Enjoy!
