Oil Noodles can be served in soup or pan-fried.
For restaurants -- 5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- 2 lb/bag (2 servings/bag)
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for a few seconds
2. Take the noodle out and rinse with cold water for a couple of seconds
3. Stir-fry or immerse in broth according to taste
Note: Alternatively, the noodles can be used directly from the package as they come pre-cooked
