For restaurants -- 5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- 1 lb/bag
1. Cook fried seitan in boiling water for 40 seconds
2. Drain and rinse in cold water for one minute
3. Squeeze out all the water
4. The fried gluten is ready for your recipe
