For restaurants -- 5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- 1 lb/bag
1. Cook fried gluten in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
2. Drain and rinse in cold water for one minute
3. Squeeze out all the water
4. The fried gluten is ready for your recipe
