Fresh Shanghai Noodle
Fresh Shanghai noodles are the main elements usually found in braised beef noodle soup.
For restaurants -- ~5 lb/bag
For individual consumption -- ~2 lb/bag ( 6 servings/bag)
1. Loosen noodle and put in a large pot of boiling water
2. Reduce heat and continue cooking for 3 minutes (or 4 min depending on your preference of tenderness), stirring occasionally
3. Strain and serve in broth OR strained, rinse in cold water, and pan-fry. Enjoy!
